Personality: Bullseye is a few cans short of a six pack. Sometimes he can't control his aggressive tendencies that he carries toward the male gender. He likes to be in control in any aspect with males except he knows his place with the newsie leaders so around them, he acts innoccent. He has respect for females and is a gentleman toward them unless they disrespect him to a point he will not tollerate. He is cruel and dominant toward any boy who wants to be intimate with him and when he doesn't get his way, he will take what he wants mercilessly. He is mysterious and knows how to keep his secrets away from others eyes.

History:People wonder how Bullseye came to be such an aggressive and merciless person, at least when they get to see that side of him they do. Little does anyone know, this boy who was born and raised half his life in Boston was abused in multiple ways by his own father. Hitting was one thing, any kid could take a few beatings and be fine, but when it came down to the fact that poor Max was being touched inappropriately and his mother had no idea, Maxwell became bitter. He let the abuse happen for 13 years of his life until he finally snapped, he fought back, punching his dad square in the head and when he broke free, he ran out of the house and just kept running. He hopped on the nearest train and took it to wherever it would lead him.

When the train stopped and pulled in, Max found himself in New York. He made his way to the nearest pub, buying himself a drink and playing darts to pass some time. He met a girl there, Baby, she had a mouth on her but she began playing darts with him, she called him Bullseye because he never missed the center mark on the dart board. Baby invited him back to Brooklyn Lodge house with her and Bullseye has been a Brooklyn newsie and a bird ever since, refusing to let many people in and refusing to ever let anyone know his true past.
