It was just one of those days, one of those days where Sly couldn't sit still and Missy was picking up mess after mess after the kid. Sly was now currently mixing a random batch of things in the kitchen in a big bowl, he just kept grabbing whatever he could from the fridge and the cabinets, it was beginning to look like pea green babyfood mush. He was stirring it with a big spoon and letting it drip off as he gave it an awkward look. He glanced around and wondered who he would get to put this mush in their mouth. He grinned and hollered knowing Spazz would be somewhere in the house,"SPAZZ!!! COME HEAH!!" Sly hollered his mischievous grin planted on his face as he sat at the kitchen table with the big bowl set on the table infront of him. |

Spazz roamed around the boys bunks as he walked from his heals to his tippy toes with every step, a hop and a skip in his own walk. Spazz smiled as he walked looking at the unmade beds. He smirked as he tossed the blankets over the beds tucking them in. It wasn't his job to be the borough house keeper, but he figured since Missy always cleaned the girls dorm, she shouldn't have to do the boy's too. He smoothed the final blanket and tossed the pillow on the bed before he heard someone calling. What the hell!! He thought.
Spazz jumped, the scream wasn't over powering or too loud, nor did it hold any harmful sound. It was Sly, Spazz didn't really talk to the boy much, but he knew the boy from head count. Spazz walked into the hallway as he smiled as Missy held the basket full of dirty laundry. Spazz walked to the stairs sitting on the railing balancing himself as he slid down to the bottom hopping off and turned to the kitchen.
"Yes Sly, Ya need some help ey'? Spazz said with a smile as he walked over and looked at the boy with a big smile and a twitch in his eye, a flip of the hair and a bounce on his tippy toes.

Sly grinned as he looked up at Spazz and flipped his hair out of his eyes and offerred a spoon to Spazz,"Try my mixture? Please... I'll try it too, it looks worse than it tastes probably, its a bunch of sweet stuff, syrups and candy crushed into it... found some ice cream too..." he said with a huge grin. He looked to the green concoction, it did look questionable but he didn't want to try it by himself. He put his own spoon in it and took a spoonful of it before he eyed the spoon and waited for Spazz to do the same, he would eat it at the same time as his leader, it was only fair right? He offerred Spazz the other spoon again and hoped that Spazz would be willing to try it with him. |

Spazz looked at the green stuff that brewed in the pot he walked over getting on his tippy toes and took a sniff in. "What the heck!" Spazz looked to Sly as his eyes watered a little. He looked at the boy as he help the two spoons now. Spazz look at him with a raise of the eye brow then back to the spoon then to Sly's eyes. The boy was serious as Spazz wanted to get distracted there wasn't anything brighter then the spoon. Damn it The boy thought as he took the spoon.
"You know, If I's gets sick from this goo, you's better be taking care of me til I's gets better ey' " Spazz smiled cutely as he brought the spoon to his lips and opened his mouth taking in the bite. Spazz tasted so much sugar as he could feel his heart speed up as he smiled at Sly and then tried to stop himself from gagging covering his mouth with his light brown eyes widened.

Sly grinned and when Spazz brought the spoon to his mouth, he did the same, he could taste all the sugar and it completely coated the inside of his mouth. He closed his eyes and twitched slightly and dropped the spoon into the bowl before he rushed to the trash and spit it out,"Ugh, you can spit it out if you want... I's sorreh Spazz that was nasteh I shouldnta had you try it too," he said looking down a bit embarrassed before he ran a hand through his hair and grabbed the bowl, dumping the entire thing in the trash. He gagged abit again and looked over his shoulder,"I think I owes ya like a ice cream cone or a hot dog or somethin fer makin ya endure dat, what do ya say we get outta heah and go to the pier and grab somethin?" he asked with bright eyes as he smiled and absently bit his bottom lip nervously. |

Spazz's eye twitched as the thoughts ran through his kind, he didn't want the mania to talk control so he had to say it tasted like...crap. But Spazz wasn't like that anyways as he smiled walked walked over to the trash and spit it out looking to Sly's apology.
"Listen, You tried I's as a leader admire that, you shouldn't give up I'm sure you's could be a candy maker someday, just keep trying for me ey'?" Spazz smiled and looked down a little biting his bottom lip shyly as he listened to Sky offer to go out.
"Yes! Not cause you goo sucked but because I's can get to know you better." Spazz thought as he ignored the insult in his last statement as he took Sly's hand and pulled him to the door. It was nice outside. "Missy I'll be back later.!" Spazz shouted as he walked to the stairs jumping to the ground looking to the young Sly to see if he was behind him.

When Spazz took his hand, he managed to just barely hide the pink color that tried to touch his cheeks as he held onto Spazz's hand and allowed him to lead the way. He didn't let go of Spazz's hand, it felt nice... but he wouldn't admit that alloud obviously. He grinned as they rushed to the pier and when they arrived he turned to Spazz. "Do ya wanna get ice cream, or a hot dog, or some popcorn, whateva ya want its my treat and maybeh we can go play some games afteh or go walk by da beach..." he rambled pretty fast, poor kid with his hyper activeness and his somewhat ADD, but nobody seemed to be normal in Staten, especially the leader and co-leader seeing as those two just happened to both be bi-polar, though all Stateners hid their disorders from the rest of the world... as best they could. He pulled Spazz toward the snackbooth and pointed to the menu and grinned, he was too indecisive that he wanted Spazz to pick what they would get to eat. |

Spazz smiled as he walked hand in hand with sly he looked to their hands intertwined within each others as Sly was looking at the menu Spazz managed to blush a little his cheeks a reddish color as he looked at Sly biting his bottom lip not paying attention to what the boy was saying. Spazz smiled he was attracted to boys and girls, it was alright no one dare call Spazz on it cept for the occasional wise ass thieves or the kids from Brooklyn.
Spazz shook his head as he blushed. "Yes I want you..."Spazz said all cutesie as he paused and his mind came back to normal as he was looking into Sly's eyes. "I's want you's to get me a hot dog with extra mustard and onions." Spazz blushed looking down as he took in a breath shoving Sly forward slightly so the boy wasn't staring at him as he could hear the hot dogs sizzle and his eye twitched in a form of embarrassment.

He listened for a response and when he didn't get one right away he looked to Spazz and at his first words, Sly couldn't hide the pink that came to his cheeks, but when Spazz tried to cover his comment with what he wanted to eat Sly grinned and turned to the vendor,"I's want a hot dog with mustahd and onions and umm... errr... some pahpcorn please," he said his New Jersey accent mixing harshly with his New York one. He squeezed Spazz's hand a bit absently and when the vendor gave him the food he handed Spazz the hot dog and gently pulled the boy toward the stairs that led down to the beach. When they got to the beach Sly headed toward the water's edge and sat down letting go of Spazz's hand and patting the empty spot in the sand beside him,"I want you too..." he caught himself,"I want you too sit beside meh I's do," he covered his comment quickly. |

Spazz took the hot dog in his hand and looked at debiting what side he wanted to bite into he turned it slightly and took a big bite and walked with Sly's hand in his other hand as he walked the steps caused the mustard to miss his mouth and dot his nose as he didn't notice it. Spazz giggled as he hissed his mouth the sand causing him to have to pay attention to where he was walking. Spazz walked as he felt Sly let go of his hand he felt a brief period of separation anxiety as he smiled listening to him as Spazz shrugged into his shoulders blushing and Sly curved the words. Spazz opened is eyes and shook it off sitting down beside the boy with a foolish look.
Spazz took another bite as he looked at the hot dog shoving it by Sly's face. "Take a bit its good ey'." Spazz said with the mustard on his face waiting for Sly to take a bite.

He giggled when he looked at Spazz and saw the mustard on his nose, though he had shoved the hot dog toward his face. Sly set his popcorn bag in his lap and gently pushed Spazz's hand with the hot dog away from his face before he brought his thumb to Spazz's nose and wiped the mustard off and brought his thumb to his mouth sucking the mustard off before he smiled. "Well you taste pretty good too," he said as he looked at Spazz and blushed a bit before he looked to the hot dog and now took a bite of that now,"Mmm yer right yer weiner tastes pretteh good," he said not exactly realizing how he worded it sounded quite wrong.... |

Spazz crossed his eyes looking at Sly's finger on his nose he then watched the boy put his finger in his mouth and Spazz giggle. "You better be careful ey', never know when your gunna get a booger." Spazz said with his Canadian accent and he smiled with Sly's next comment his eyes widened as the boy looked around making sure no one heard that, the bulls might charge the boy for a comment like that. Spazz smiled and took another bite.
"Hot Dog*" Spazz corrected as he looked around moving closer to Sly. "You's never know when a bulls around the corner with your dirty comments!" Spazz said with a eye twitch he was very paranoid and disturbed at times.
Spazz listened hard for foot steps but nothing came as he seemed to get less tense watching the water come to shore then push it's way back out to sea. "Sly you's curious about boys or something?" Spazz asked looking at the boy deep into his eyes he wasn't sure, but Spazz was a very open person he liked others to be themselves and not uptight around him, it made him nervous uptight people that is.

Sly looked down abit embarrassed when Spazz corrected him and he took a handfull of his popcorn and ate it quietly for a moment but at Spazz's question his head shot up and his eyes locked with Spazz's and he almost choked. He coughed abit and then swallowed hard before looking down again."Ya can't tell nobodeh..." he whispered softly as he rubbed his right arm with his left hand out of insecurity now... he never spoke openly about it ever since he was kicked out of the orphanage 4 years ago for trying to kiss a boy. He sighed and looked to the water as he flipped his hair out of his face,"Are you?" he asked abit shyly now. |

Spazz smirked as the boy tried to bound him to keep quite. Spazz laid back looking up at the sky as he brought his hands behind his head resting his head. "You want to know if I am ey'?" Spazz smiled and licked his lips as his eyes got lighter looking into the sunlight took a breath in. "I's like both, boys and girls they both can be loving and sweet. If a girl is not trying to show affection and being mean and a boy wants to show me I's worth his time, why not give him a chance ey' I's means I am the leader and no one really can say anything to me that bothers me." Spazz explained as he looked to Sly. Spazz wasn't shy at all, he had fern beliefs of what a boyfriend and what a lover should be. After all all angels had vessels weather the angel be a boy or girl, they fall and then become human and the bodies they take may not be their gender. Spazz smiled at his thoughts for a moment before he looked at Sly.
"Your cute you that that Sly'?" Spazz smiled as he bit his bottom lip a little now.

Sly looked down at Spazz and smiled when he called him cute,"I suppose yer right... And thank ya, I think yer cute too..." he said as he was tempted to lie down with Spazz but he kept sitting where he was and just looked down at his leader."I like yer morals... dey really are quite logical, I suppose it is quite true though, as long as yer taken care of in a relationship thats what matters aint it?" he said as he looked toward the sky,"Looks like it might rain..." he muttered his ADD getting to him abit and distracting him for a moment with something else. |
