A long day of hustling and gathering loot,Hysteria returned to the lodging house, her pockets jingling, a smile on her face and a bottled coke in her hand. She grinned as she walked through the door and witnessed Cutesie running up the stairs with a few of the other newsies as she made her way to the front desk and she plopped down into the chair and emptied her pockets onto the desk. Lots of coins, some dollar bills, a few rings, a watch, and two bracelets. Hysteria smiled admiringly as she put the bracelets on and she sorted the change and the bills neatly. She put the money in the top drawer of the desk where she kept her loot, everyone knew better than to touch that drawer or she'd have their heads.
She leaned back in the chair and closed her eyes, resting her feet on the desktop now and her hands on her stomach as she listened to the semi quiet surroundings and happenings of the lodge house. She wondered what Angel was doing, he was either out doing his sells or up in his room, but she would see him later. Blade came to her mind as she relaxed and invisioned where her little brother was, safe she hoped, Ryder wouldn't let anything happen to him. She sighed softly as she fought falling asleep and just continued to listen. |

As Angel smiled picking up his rosaries and placing them around his neck walking to the side of his bed reaching on his desk retrieving a small bible opening it to a page reading it out loud with a smile and then closed it and took the cross of his beads and hold it reflecting in his head as he looked up and smile opening his arms then making the signs of the holy cross. "El padre del hijo y del espiritu santo. Amen" Angel said as he walked placed his book on the desk and walked to the door looking back then walking out locking the room behind him.
Angel made his way down the hall as he looked into the room to see who was in there. He saw a seat was occupied as he crept up behind her a smile appeared on his lips and his cheeks flushed with a tone of red as he put his arms around her kissing her cheek. "Hola Kassia, Boy you's in early today, good score for the day?" Angel asked as be brought himself to the side of her leaning backwards on the chair arm as he leaned back till he was in her lap with a smile looking at her his cheeks a little red and he looked into his lap twiddling his fingers then looking up at her every once in a while innocently.

She wasn't too surprised when she opened her eyes to find Angel kissing her cheek and plopping into her lap slyly. She grinned abit and nodded, she'd rather not tell him that she pickpocketed alot of the hoity toitys today, she knew Angel was ok with her habit but he didn't like it as well. She tilted her head as she absently took off his hat and ruffled his hair abit as she began speaking in a soft tone."Yes I had a decent day with earnings... what have you been up to?" she asked him softly as she removed her hand from his hair and she glanced around the barely full room. She bit her bottom lip as she eyed Angel and wrapped her arms around his waist before she groaned abit and leaned her forehead against his shoulder.
"Exhausting....tired.... are there any other duties that need to be taken care of today?" she added as she glanced up at him abit but kept her comfortable position as she blinked a few times and yawned cutely. |

Blade smirked as he counted the money Ryder had given him for the list of pricey items that he had stole today. Being a thief had its perks, and this money was totally worth it. The dollars added up as this empty feeling grew and Blade wanted Kassia more and more day by day. He knew it would be awkward for him to just show up where she stayed. But something said it was just going to be one of those days. He knew where she resided, Ryder always kept track of her and Blade loved that he could always keep eyes on her even if it was from afar. Though it could feel quite, stalkerish to say the least.
As he locked up his house he figured it was time to stop at the Liquor store, grab a few drink stop in the park, drink em. Then go see his sister, he wanted to remember it, but...the again...did he really? Blade walked out the house walking to the small corner mart as he got his drinks and brown bagged them heading to the park by the zoo. He entered it and not too far from the other side was the lodge house. He hoped she was there and not out. Blade walked through as he sipped on the harsh taste of Brandy. He witnessed the smaller kids as they played. A few memories crossed his mind as he watched a little boy get pushed down by two bigger boys.
Blade ground his teeth as the little boy was shoved after trying to get back on his feet he took another swig of boos as he started walking toward them and was cut off by a girl that looked a little older she punched one of the boys and the other went running as she helped the little on back to his feet. Blade smiled as he shook his head feeling a little buzz. He took another sip as he felt the hiccup escape his lips and he walked with a little stumble till he hit the end of the park he walked up seeing the lodge house. He saw a couple kids gathered outside as he sized them up. He didn't like looks as he tossed his brandy empty container to the ground and walked up the stairs. He cautiously entered the building being greeted bu a little girl with big brown eyes. His tone was very loud as his voice cracked a little. "Have ya's seen a girl, her name is Kassia, I's means I's her little brothah. I know shes hea. She has to be" Blade said as he asked a little drunkly. He seemed to explain his question with an answer and it was sort of normal when he had a buzz on stepping back looking around preventing the spinning of the room.

Angel smiled and blushed as he sunk into his shoulders shaking his head looking around the room feeling her hands around his waist. "Nothing, got rid of all my papes early Mami. I killed em over by da pizzeria. Dose Italian Hoity Toties looked walked away like Ay' That little Spanish kid got me again." He smiled and leading in resting his head on her shoulder as the room was disrupted with the sound of a loud and to say the least obnoxious sounding boy. Angel raised his eyebrow and looked to Hysteria. "Kass, someones talking about you's and by the sound of it Mami, they's a drunk male." Angel said standing up letting her get up as he took her hand in his leading her to the hall slowly.
The young boy had black hair wreaked of brandy and by the looks of it he was stumbling. Angel leaned closer as he looked down leaning on the guardrail at the top of the stairs. "You's know that kid, he;s kind of cute." Angel said raising his eyebrow. He knew he could be completely honest with everything about himself with Hysteria as he waited to see what she would do after all he was talking to one of Angel's Newsies but...Hysteria knew how to handle herself and this was simply addressed to her.

She groaned hearing the loud disruption and the sound of her brother's voice and when she was pulled from her chair by Angel, she followed in reluctance. She sighed softly and pushed her free hand through her hair before she let go of Angel's hand and continued down the stairs. She made her way straight over to Blade and she folded her arms over her chest as she looked him up and down in displease. "Krzyzstof Polak...what do you think yer doin'? yer drunk... what is wrong with you?" [/i] she scolded as she unfolded her arms and grabbed his chin in her hand and forced her baby brother to look into her eyes. She tapped her foot against the wooden floor and shook her head as she sighed before looking down. "Are you alright? What's goin' on? You neveh come hereh... is..."[/i] she lowered her voice for a moment, "Ryder alright?" she asked him wondering if this surprise visit had anything to do with her oh so "adoring" ex. She bitg her bottom lip as she let go of his chin and kept her eyes on him now expecting an answer and expecting it asap.[/center] |

Blade gave a smirk as he walked over to her. He smile looking down then up with big brown eyes as he scowled at the name she called him by. "It's Blade." He corrected as he looked her up and down with a confused look on her face. He traveled all this way to see her and she asked about Ryder. Typical blade shook his head at his inner thought with discuss. "I's come all dis way to see you and you's ask me about Him?" Blade felt the fury with in as he circled her with a few hiccups mixed within his words. "He's fine, just dandy he's at home counting earnings you's know how we's do it." Blade looked to the stair case looking at Angel who was watching him.
"Krzyzstof..." Blade mumbled as his head was starting to clear a little bit. "Drunk, me nevah, I would do that Kassi." Blade said as he looked for a chair pulling on to sit down as he welcomed himself in Angel's Lodge house. Blade looked to the little girl that was standing there somewhat looking at him raising his eyebrow giving her a quick wink and a faint kiss face as he licked his lips and bit his bottom lip directing his eyes back to his sister. "I;s just missed you's I's can't visit me big sistah?" His eyes watered a little as the emotions filled his chest of bad nights, and her leaving him. He wouldn't let her to now. She would stay with him till he was done with his visit.

Hysteria let her eyes glance toward Angel in apology before she grabbed a chair and sat infront of her brother as she played with her hands in her lap in a fidgetty manner. She sighed and looked Blade over again as she tilted her head in curiousity. "Blade... why are ya doin' dis ta yerself? yer stumblin in hereh drunk off yer ass... yeah I'm gonna question it abit sweetie... my baby brudda normally sees me abit more sobeh den dis.." [/i] she explained to him as she reached one of her hands over running it through his hair for a moment and looking in his eyes. "Ya missed meh dats all? Are ya sure hun?" she asked her eyes showing concern he looked abit ill. She sighed in thought before looking over her shoulder now to Angel. "Angel... want to do me a fava?"[/i] she asked with huge puppy dog eyes. She didn't want Blade leaving the way he was, she figured she could make this up to Angel later. "Mind if he stays? One night? can't have him roamin' out dere like dis....please?"[/i] she asked him even giving him a cute pouty lip.[/center] |
